Unitree's fourth humanoid robot and second full-size model after the H1, launched on October 20, 2025 and described by the company as "the H2 bionic human, born to serve everyone safely and amicably."
Unitree H2 is Unitree Robotics' fourth humanoid robot, released on October 20, 2025, and its second full-size humanoid after the H1; the company says "the H2 bionic human is born to serve everyone safely and amicably." The robot stands about 182 cm tall and weighs about 70 kg (including the battery), uses aviation aluminum, titanium alloy, and high-strength engineering plastics, and has 31 degrees of freedom across the body (6 per leg, 7 per arm, 3 in the waist, 2 in the head). It incorporates a bionic human face design for the first time and is Unitree's humanoid robot with the most degrees of freedom. For locomotion and perception, the H2 uses low-inertia high-speed inner-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motors, with arm joint peak torque of 120 N·m and leg joint peak torque of 360 N·m, smoothly performing high-dynamic moves such as ballet spins, martial-arts combinations, and runway walks. On the perception side it switches to a pure vision approach with wide-field-of-view human-like binocular cameras, and is equipped with an array microphone and a high-power speaker for voice interaction. It carries a 15 Ah (0.972 kWh) quick-release smart battery for about 3 hours of runtime. For compute, the H2 comes standard with an Intel Core i5 (platform functions) + Intel Core i7 (user development) and can be fitted with high-compute modules (such as NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor, with up to 2070 TFLOPS of FP4 AI compute) to deploy embodied intelligence models. The H2 standard version is priced at CNY 199,000 (tax included). In June 2026, Unitree and NVIDIA jointly released the Isaac GR00T open reference humanoid robot design based on the H2 Plus (with Jetson Thor and 22-DOF tactile five-finger dexterous hands).
