The A1 (Yuanzheng A1) was AgiBot's first general-purpose embodied-intelligence humanoid robot, unveiled at a Shanghai launch event on August 18, 2023, half a year after the company was founded, and presented by co-founder Peng Zhihui (Zhihui Jun). It stands 175 cm tall, weighs 55 kg, has 49 degrees of freedom across its body, reaches a top walking speed of 7 km/h, can bear a total load of 80 kg, and carries up to 5 kg with a single arm. At the time it demonstrated industry-leading capabilities in bipedal walking, intelligent tasks and human-robot interaction.
