The modular platform is offered with either a bipedal configuration for human spaces or a wheeled base tuned to industrial mobile-robot safety standards, and it collects real-world data that feeds Google DeepMind's Gemini Robotics models. Apptronik says Apollo 2 is already working at customer and partner sites including Mercedes-Benz and GXO, while the commercial Apollo 3 is in development.
